Please inform the nurse if your child has any change in their health status.
Please update the Emergency Information for your student in Infinite Campus

School Specific Information
Please send in updated immunizations to the nurse after any new vaccinations. PA state requires all students to be completely immunized by the fifth day of school.
Physical Exams required -Kindergrten/1st and 6th grade
Dental Exams required- Kindergarten/1st and 3rd grade
